Today I screamed at someone on the phone, not the raise your voice but full scary pyscho screaming and banging my hand on my desk simultaneously…… why?
Telstra.
I have clocked up more than 25 hours of my time on the phone trying desperately to get someone to fix their mistakes….like disconnecting my new phone line that took 8 weeks to connect, getting us to dig a trench and then not coming till 4 weeks later (trench successfully filled back in with all the rain).
But they saved the best for last, a week without any internet connection and my emails not coming through on my iphone either.
Total disconnection….what a nightmare if your not the one choosing too. So if you have sent an email, are waiting for a response or follow up from me, Im now back. It may take a little time to wade through the backlog.
Sounds like I am making this up { oh I wish I was} but emails also disappeared {like the dog ate my homework} one minute they were there the next …..gone
The screaming worked, I am now on the internet but the other office phones….. well I will maintain the Telstra rage and hopefully all will be sorted soon.
I promise a lovely post in a few days, just wanted to get that of my chest.
